Narrative of Gujarat Terce Laboratories Limited began in 1985 when Mr. N.P. Prajapati founded the company with an aim to build healthier communities by providing high quality medicines at low cost. By 1986 Terce had established its presence in Gujarat and Rajasthan with a firm footing. In 1992, the management decided to raise public equity in order to give concrete shape to the corporate vision and listed Terce on Bombay Stock Exchange. In the same year Terce established extensive manufacturing facility at Chhatral in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

As India heralded new leaps in the pharma sector to become a global force to reckon with by 2005, Terce closely followed the narrative with ferocious growth expanding presence in the domestic and international market.
